The Apartment is located at ( Rudolfstraße 18, 70190 Stuttgart Germany
), all charges are included in the monthly rent . a room cost 300Euro
Per month and a caution fee of 600 Euro while the entire flat cost 800
Euro per month and a caution fee of 800 Euro, The caution fee is
refundable when you are moving out of the apartment.. The apartment is
situated at the second floor of the building.
I am Sarah. i just got a Job here in India, as one of the
administrators at Bharat Petroleum Gas Company, Due to my urgent
relocation i wish to rent out my Well furnished Two-Bedroom Apartment,
the apartment has two bedrooms attached with separate bathroom and
toilet and a modern spacious kitchen (fit-in appliances) such as
central heating, gas, double glazing, dish washer, washing machine .
You can rent a room in the apartmenti really want both flatmate
to get along very well, so i intend to rent both rooms to one person
or one room to one person .. when he or she move in . He/She will look
for a tenant of his or her choice, but i can also look for the other
tenant my self if you want.
Viewing the flat will not be possible now because I have the flat
keys here with me and am not in the country at the moment , I just
relocated here in India a few weeks ago due to my new Job. As i write
to you now i am currently on my First-Timer Start-Up training.
Which i never know will start so soon , I left Germany urgently with
the hope of coming back soon but right now the work has taken me to
stay long term under contract agreement, that's why I have made up my
mind to put up my apartment for rent. For now I can only send you the
flat pictures to see so that you can have an idea of the flat. if
