A victim sent him 138000USD.
60000USD was for courier transfer fee via Elitexpress and sent money to Cape Town, South Africa but the consignment never reached her.
Cash card from fake HSBC bank was sent to her, and Elitexpress informed her that money will be in the account of that card. She was told password for the fake bank site, and she was asked to pay 5000USD for releasing the fund to her account. But the money never transferred to her account.
Then Carroll Thomas was arrested in South Africa due to traficing illegal goods, and the South Africa government (fake) asked her to pay money to release her. And then she paid, and he was said to be released.
Then he said that he was on his way to victim's country, but he was arrested at Ghana due to over stay and now the scammer asked her to pay 17000USD. She said she has no money, then the scammer reduced to 8000USD.
The victim wondered that the scammer has so many photo, why could he collect such a many photo if he is not real. It is possible. They do steal photo from someone's facebook or myspace.
