This ALTAVALLEY is a fraud as is HDVTOOLS (
http://www.hdvtools.com).
Though on this site Altavalley was referred to as a copy/fraud of original HDVTOOLS site. Both are fraud!
They have exactly same site look with just a bit different selection of camera equipment with equally amazing prices.
When one finds this cheap prices it should in itself be a warning sign.
HDVTOOLS has been around since 2013 at least and there is reports of them around. What they do they collect credit card details and sooner or later there will be purchases made in strange countries.
Also, they try to collect money from blue eyed people, just like me, by sending an invoice of the purchase made saying the credit card transaction could not be processed.
Luckily I blocked my card before any damage and no transactions made to them.
