MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (AGREEMENT DEED)
This binding MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING/AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to
As MOU/Agreement) is by and between Huaneng Power International Inc.
(hereinafter referred to as "FIRM") and Avalon Painting(hereinafter referred to as "Agent/
Representative”) This MOU is effective on the date of the last signature by the authorized Officials of the
two parties.
WHEREAS: On this Agreement between Firm and Agent/Representative; Firm appoints Agent as
"Company's Senior Sales Representative'' (intermediary between Huaneng Power International Inc. and
its clients/customers) to handle financial matters thereby communicating and receiving payment on
behalf of Firm from its debtors (customers/clients) in USA/CANADA region.
NOW THIS DEED WITNESSED that by this agreement, the Firm shall have the

1. To give advance notice to Agent/Representative regarding payment information

5. We the Firm Huaneng Power International Inc. hereby confirm that these funds or bank
draft's or company cheque's are good clean and cleared funds of non-criminal origin and
from legal source.
7. We the Firm Huaneng Power International Inc. also confirms that the funds, bank
Drafts or company cheque's to be given to the Agent is from our legal business
transaction between our company and our business partners in CANADA/USA region.
The Agent/Representative shall have the following understanding and responsibilities.
1. To communicate and receive payment from clients/customers of Firm.
2. To admit that all money received from or paid by customer/client of Firm are not owned by the
Agent/Representative except as defined under 4.
3. To remit the payable amount retrieved from principal customers of Firm without delay according to
the instructions by (competency, credibility) and as deem fit i.e. via wire transfer as instructed/advised by
Firm.
4. To deduct 5% being commission from the total amount received from client/customer of
Firm and remit 95% of the total funds retrieved/received from clients/customers of Firm.
5. To keep good record of the transactions, and to submit the record when requested by
the Firm.
GENERAL
1. This MOU shall have a term of 12 months from the date of execution. It is understood that this
MOU may be subject from time to time to revision or modification by mutual agreement.
Furthermore, any party may terminate the MOU unilaterally with 7 days prior written notice
to the other parties in whole or in part as deemed prudent by any party in its sole discretion. If
the MOU is terminated neither party shall be liable to the other for any monetary or other
losses that may result. In the future both parties agree to finalize all activities from time before
Termination in the spirit of this Mou.
2. Each party agrees not to discriminate in administering this MOU at any given time.

3. This MOU may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original,
but all of which together shall constitute one and the same agreement. The MOU is the sole agreement
between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and shall not be altered or amended except

I hadid no idea!!!! I have just been sent a draft cheque by the so called company that I am collecting ting from. Who do inform??? Do I take the cheque to the bank?? I have posted this before. Can someone help??

Do not cash the check. You can take the check either to your local postal office and fill out a report there or you can take it to your local police and they can give you guidance. Be sure to tell them that you are a victim of an employment scam.

Thanks for posting! It's a money mule scam. The writer is West African, not Chinese. He is using a free email domain and piggybacking on hpi.com.cn, which is a 22-year domain with several years in the future.

They offered me an account administrator job and of course the pay was $4900.00 I never got paid from them but I did receive two checks from them. One was deposited and I found out it was a stolen check when I attempted to deposit a second check. My account was closed. I followed up with the company that the check was drawn on to find out what had happened but this company would not give me any information. My account was then closed because of this activity. There is another name other than Xinyi Hai, and it is Gunther Erich. If I can I will attach a picture of him.
