The style seemed utterly suspicious, but just out of curiosity I decided to reply to him from a fake e-mail, informing shortly that the property is still available and suggesting a time for showing. Here's what I got from him today:

That was already such an obvious scam that I decided to google for similar wording and found this forum. Hope that my posting could be useful to others, too.
