Greetings!

I am Mariamma Akash, a Syrian widow. I lost my husband and 2 of my children to the jihadist militants from the Islamic State in 2014. The Jihadist militants mostly target (we) the Christians Minority.

I and my only surviving little daughter (Ninan) left in tears and walked for nine hours without even knowing where we would end up, or how we would eat, or where we would sleep or find shelter until we finally arrived Za'atari refugee camp on the Jordan-Syria border.

We live in an empty tent here filled without possessions except the few cloths we received out of charity. Ever since we arrived here, I have made several attempts to cross over to Jordan as no Syrian is allowed to leave the camp, unless a Jordanian “sponsors” any Syrian and can pay the fee for their release/crossing.

I and Ninan do not have anyone to sponsor our crossing hence I decided to contact you to assist us in retrieving 2 suitcases containing some monies that my late husband and I had courier out of Syria in 2013 via a Diplomatic Channel for safe keeping in the UK before they get confiscated as Unserviced/Unclaimed deposits. Be informed that the REAL content of the suitcases are UNKNOWN to anyone including the Cargo Storage Handlers.

My late husband (Oommen Akash) and I had own a dairy farm and a factory in the second city of Aleppo so the funds are clean, clear and of no criminal origin. You're not sending us any money nor am I soliciting for any financial assistance whatsoever rather, I am prepared to compensate you with 10% of the total face value of the 2 suitcases for your assistance in getting them delivered to you for safe keeping pending when I and Ninan will be able to cross into Jordan and thereafter relocate to your country.

I and my late husband never thought things will get this bad. During the early period of the jihadist militants on-surge and despite the increasing violence, most families including mine clung to our homes and the life we had built over the years until the reality became too dangerous to bear and with the constant life threatening by the jihadist militants, I quote..."Either you leave your houses or we’ll come back, kill you all and destroy them on your heads". The conflict then became more than just a battle between those for or against President Assad since it has acquired sectarian overtones, pitching the country's Sunni majority against the president's Shia Alawite sect, who were drawn in from the neighboring countries. The rising of the jihadist groups, including Islamic State added a further dimension.

The reality struck barely two weeks after the jihadist militants threatened us, they visited several homes that morning including mine, beheaded my husband and killed my 2 children. I and my only surviving daughter (Ninan) weren't at home when they visited to unleashed the evil terror on my family and that of others. I and Ninan had went on our usual milk delivery route. My late husband and I had own a dairy farm and a factory in the second city of Aleppo.

My husband's remains and the lifeless bodies of my 2 children were lying on each other outside the wreckage of our home inside the pool of their bloods. The house was completely raised down. I and Ninan left empty in tears on that day and walked for more than nine (9) hours without even knowing where we were going, or would end up, or how we would eat, or where we would sleep or find shelter until we finally arrived here in Za'atari refugee camp.

Life here is hell on Earth!. We barely have something to eat and all the little cash donations we received out of charity is not even enough to eat two (2) square meals a day. I have lost all the cash I have with me to fake "sponsors" in the bid to pay our fees for our crossing into Jordan. I cannot afford any more fee for our release and crossing into Jordan at this moment except you assist us retrieve the 2 suitcases from the cargo handlers in the UK.

Once the shipment and delivery process is concluded and the suitcases are delivered to you successfully, I'll then instruct you on the possible means to send us some money from one of the suitcase, maybe directly to a Jordanian sponsor or any reliable Consultant who will then come over here and sponsor and pay the fee for our release and crossing. Once we're able to cross into Jordan, I'll then make further arrangements in securing the relevant travel documents for Ninan and I so we can come meet with you and thereafter help us to start a new life with the funds.
