Thank you for providing this information. My daughter is looking for a short term let while taking a course in London. She was ready to contract with londonsummerapartments until I asked her to wait until I checked it out. We live in New York so not familiar with rental agencies in London. I spoke to a man at the contact provided on the website and sensed something was not right. In the midst of our conversation, he must have become uneasy with the questions I was asking, such as " why is the apartment address a hotel?" and the phone went dead. We are having such a hard time finding a rental for Sept-Dec 2016. Student accommodations only provide full school year rentals. Have you heard of Right Move? They seem legit. Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated! Thank You!

RIghtMove is a property portal - they are not estate agents and would have no involvement in any rental, besides it being listed on their website. They also do not offer an escrow service (i.e. taking and holding payments from tenants and sending the keys and documents), which is often part of rental scams.
