Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ACCOUNTS / OFFICE CLERK to support the business and maintain the smooth running of accounts receivables with a view towards promotion for the right candidate. You will be under the supervision of an experienced senior Accountant.

As a small business, you will be very much part of a team ensuring the accounts are kept in order as well as minor accounts payable, bank reconciliation and follow-up of accounts receivable.

As a part time position, we would require you for 10 - 15 hours per week, which may be perfect for new parents wanting to get back into the work force, or for experienced clerks wanting that little bit more activity in their week. With the right candidate, this role could develop into more senior duties.

Duties will include:
• Reconciling client's bank payments into MYOB
• Entering small volume of accounts payable invoices
• Following up with clients,
• Answering telephone & general office duties

Requirements:
• High level competence with Excel
• Good communication & office experience

More than just a Money Mule Scam running on this site . Some pretty scary stuff actually . Like collecting sensitive Personal and Business Information in an insecure manner .
