After earning a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine degree from the School of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Dr. Walter Woolf entered private practice in Tampa, Florida in 1961. He cared for dogs, cats, assorted other household pets and even some farm animals at Woolf Animal Hospital, located just a short distance from Tampa International Airport.

As time went by, airline carriers sought his advice on how to best meet the needs of traveling animals. now what is happening and delaying the delivery of Gigi is because you have made payment to the wrong people.(FRAUDSTERS).

The payment of quarantine refund, i don't know who ask you to make payments of 4500$HKD with a different email asking you not to send the receipt to me(your seller) or the pet delivery agency, you should have known that was not right.

The quarantine department is still on their case and it has been reported to Interpol, they shall investigate.
What the quarantine department has decided, so you don't loose your money is you complete the payment so it comes to the 7500$hkd.(so you now pay the balance of 3000$hkd), so they will be off your case and allow Gigi to travel and be delivered to you.
