Caroline Gates (hereafter “Lessor”) and XXX (hereafter “Lessee”) hereby enter into a contract agreement under the following terms:
Lessor shall convey to Lessee use of the premises at: 69 King street London Q8E WSH ,United Kingdom
The term of this contract shall be from {04/04/2016} until {05/15/2016} at midnight on each date. The Lessee will retain a renewal option until {30} days before the termination date. At that time, the renewal option will be withdrawn.
The Lessee is obligated to pay Lessor a total sum of {£500} for the rights conveyed under this contract for legal documentation. The amount will be paid via Money Gram with the details { Charlene Donkin }.You are required to scan the Money Gram deposit receipt to the company financier via his email address (
[email protected]) for confirmation.
The payment will also be used as “SIGN UP FEE” with the agency.
The Lessee will receive the sum of £30,000 GBP as payment after the legal documentation of the contract has been confirmed by our agency.
The Lessor shall have the right to terminate the lease with a {7} day notice under the following conditions:
