PROCEDURE::
-Procedure being needed to order from us is a letter of invitation for our agent to travel to the buyer location alongside with the buyer's require order or the buyer meets seller in any of the following countries of buyers choice, Nairobi-Kenya, Douala-Cameroon or Des es salaam Tanzania. Buyer and Seller sign contract.
-The gold Nuggets will be smelted to Bars/Bullion/Dore and buyer will conducts a test of the gold.
Once assay is confirmed, buyer will pay for government taxes and export cost to ship gold to buyer’s refinery amount to about 8% of total value cost.
-Seller will issue a safe payment guarantee: Seller will open an account deposit Gold worth amount buyer will spend on export tax and duties in any bank of buyer’s choice in either Nairobi-Kenya, Douala-Cameroon or Des es salaam Tanzania in buyer’s names, as collateral asset and will only be released by authorization of buyer, only after final essay and payment in buyer’s refinery.
-Once all export documents are ready, seller will travel together with buyer, to Buyer’s refinery to witness final assay.
- After final assay at buyer’s refinery, buyer will then have to pay complete amount in commercial invoice minus the amount paid for taxes and shipping to Seller’s account within 72 hours through T/T.
