Dear Beneficiary,

We have been having meetings with the secretary to the UNITED NATIONS regarding this issue. This email is to all foreign contractors, Inheritance and Lottery winners that have not received their payment, and people that have been scammed or that had an unfinished transaction that failed due to Government problems etc. The UNITED NATIONS have agreed to compensate them with the sum of US$800.000.00 each.
