How are you and your family.Thank you for the Interest in my house, I had to leave Loveland, CO in a hurry due to my recent promotion and it involves me working out Loveland, CO. But due to the high price they put on the house which make people not to rent the house from them so i have to withdraw the house from them and start doing the rental by my self.So should in case you go and view the house and still meet the Realtor Sign there,you just need to ignore it,I have already inform them to go and take it away from there and i am not too sure if they have been there to take it away since i am not around to Confirm that. I want to be convinced you are capable enough to taking care of our property for us? We don't want it to be used anyhow,i want you to get back to me on how you will be taking care of the place or perhaps the experience you have in your previous places of living or lived.I want you to note that all Utilities are included in the rent.I look forward to hearing from you so that i can forward you a rental application form if you are interested in renting our place. I guess by now you should eager to view the house because it is a lovely home. So far, we have seen a couple of interested families but we shall rent to the best tenant according to our choice.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram, pre-paid credit card or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union, MoneyGram or Bank payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
