I have noted your comments and reservations due to deluge of emails
you received in the past that turned out not to be legitimate as
claimed but just fraudsters trying to rip people of their hard
earned money. I have also taken into consideration your assertion
that we do it on the condition that you will not entertain any
upfront fees whatever it may be called till the fund is credited into
your bank account and the split of share ratio to be 50 / 50 instead
of 30 / 70 I gave you.
I gratefully appreciate your remarks and comments which are
indications that you are an honest man of honor and of good ethical
rectitude. I can assure you that this transaction is not a joke and
should not be seen or classified along such emails you received that
turned out not to be legitimate but of fraudsters trying rip people of
their money.
Coming to your terms/ conditions; I agree with you in principle of the
conditions you gave which are good and equitable for us to work
together to achieve success in this transaction. However, I appeal to
you to reconsider your stand on the 50/50 ratio of sharing and accept
40/60 because of issues involved which I will explain cogently to you
for consideration.
In view aforementioned, please I sincerely seek your understanding and
cooperation in this matter. I assure you with my life and honor that
you will never ever be disappointed if you give me your fullest help
to ensure the success of this transaction.
I shall process and provide legal documents as evidence of the
legality of the funds. The documents shall be processed from our
Federal Ministry of finance, Department of Justice, our Police
Department and our Economic Intelligence agency. The documents shall
be back up to attest and authenticate that this US$5Million is clean
fund being transferred to you as our foreign business partner for
business investments. The documents shall state the origin, source and
status of the funds as clean money that has no connection to money
laundering, drugs trafficking or terrorist activities. Once the
documents are processed and certified I will send you the copies as
evidence for your perusal before the transfer of the fund.
Securing and processing of these documents will cost me reasonable
amount of money and I will be required to pay some taxes to our
Inland Revenue Services for all the documents to be legitimately
processed and issued before the transferring bank here will be
authorized to make the transfer to your bank account. I will be
responsible for the expenses I am seeking for your sincere help and
cooperation not your money because I am not a beggar or a hungry man.
This is why I appeal to you to accept 40/60 ratio of sharing instead
of the 50/50 condition from you.
I appeal to you that if you accept in principle to assist me, we have
to conduct this transaction guarded and cautiously, and every
communication towards this transaction should be guarded and
confidential in nature. Truth, sincerity and trust are what I need
from you. Please do not betray me for contacting you in this venture.

betray or blackmail me and not to confiscate the funds to yourself
when transferred. Let our collective actions be guided by true sense
