Job Overview
The successful candidate will be able to perform strategic procurement activities across multiple categories of spend, search for better deals and find more profitable suppliers.
The purchasing manager oversees supply chain management and procurement, possibly on a worldwide scale. They work in a wide range of sectors for many different organisations.
They need to be good at negotiating, networking and dealing with numbers, as well as dealing with other factors such as sustainability, risk management and ethical issues. Procurement Manager should be client oriented and meet all customer needs.

Tasks and Responsibilities
• Sourcing equipment, goods and services and managing vendors;.
• Identify customer needs.
• Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power.
• Monitor upcoming levels of demand and prices in different regions and countries Responsible for all other duties as assigned.
• Ensure payment terms, processing payments, improve cash flows.

Minimum Requirements
• Attention to detail.
• Experience in commercial credit/ collections.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs.
