Miss. Nicole Makuza, 22 years old woman from the Rwanda, parents and siblings were killed by rebels during the civil war. Fled the country and found her way to the refugee camp in Dakar, Senegal. The late father (Dr. Kabila Makuza) had been a substantial bank deposit ($7.6 million US dollars) with the English/Scottish bank. Miss. Nicole is the only legitimate heir (next of kin) to the funds.
