We are looking for local representatives who are interested in working and growing with SWIFT.

The main goal is to provide customer support in the customer's native language (email, phone, etc.) and local time zone. Excellent knowledge of SWIFT working procedures and policies is required. Compensation will be provided.

Responsibilities:
1. Translate and update SWIFT website (if you live in country with different language than English).
2. Customer support by email and phone. You will get access to our system to be able answer and handle customer issues.
3. Verifying customers and uploaded documents.
4. Help increase our business presence in your local market. There will be bonus payments and the possibility of long term cooperation.

Requirements
We prefer working with customers who frequently ship with SWIFT (Diamond or Gold status).
Representative should become a Payment partner.
Great communication skills and understanding of our work procedures.
