Unfortuantely, scammers will often steal the identites of legitimate businesses. The above email is an email that was sent by a scammer who has chosen to use your company's name. The email is factually correct and posted as recieved, so I see no reason for it to be deleted.

The scammer is using the same email address, but has changed names and phone numbers

As before, the company may exist and be legitimate, but the person writing the emails definitely isn't
