It is ALWAYS a scam when they ask for a payment via Money Gram.

Okay now that I got your Infos I will be needing the payment in order
to book a flight for your puppy's delivery.
Regarding payment , you have to locate any nearby money gram store use
cash and get the money transferred to this names and details below ;
