hayston-transport.com does not ask customers to send the payment for an item sold through our service DIRECTLY to the seller, for security reasons we use our own Rft Logistics Ltd. agents, randomly assigned to handle your transaction.
Using our service is simple and secure, if you follow these simple rules:
1. Check your browser, our website address should look like this:
http://hayston-transport.com followed by the rest of the link. Any other website that does not look like ours is a SCAM. Please make sure you are on the right track.
2. Check your emails. Make sure that any payment invoice email coming from us ends in @hayston-transport.com. Any payment invoice email different than that claiming to be from us is a SCAM and should be reported.
3. If you have any doubt about your transaction, please contact our customer support by using the contact us form or by live chat. We will answer your requests as quickly as possible. Better safe than sorry.
4. Make sure that you have a Transaction ID# you can verify on our website. You will receive your Transaction ID# in your invoice as soon as the registration process is complete.
