After due consultations from Dakar Federal High Court, I understand that it will officially cost the sum of Us $155 (only) to legalize the power of attorney, but poverty alleviation levy imposed by government of Senegal on any investor in the country in the category of such fund income is Us $1,800 which must be paid to Inland Revenue Office.
The payment receipt would be tendered to the Federal High Court before the power of attorney is notarized. My chambers' legal fee is Us$1,500 (One thousand five hundred Dollars only).
