The website is in the process of being reported for fraud.
Due to a lot of frauds on Credit Cards and Pay Pal, We no longer accept these form of payments. The only form of payment accepted is Bank and Wire Transfer, one of the reasons we choose Bank and Wire Transfer as a means of payment is because most owners of the apartments we offered preferred to receive payments for the apartment directly into the bank account. We charge a refundable security deposit of 200 dollars, It will be refunded on your departure if there is no damage. We are obligated to keep the designated property reserved for and available to the guest for the agreed-upon dates. The guest is obligated to pay in full (rental fee plus security deposit) the applicable rental charges in case reserving less down 3 nights or 50% of rental fee plus the security deposit in case reserving more than 3 nights for the property upon booking, and is responsible for payment of additional services that may be requested, such as airport transfer etc. We reserve the right to change the rates if the guest wishes to make any modifications to the reservation.
The scammer wants the money sent by wire transfer ( Western Union or Money Gram ) so that he can collect the money without having to worry about a credit card or PayPal charge back when the scam is discovered.
Transferring money via a bank to bank transfer is not safe either. Once the money is transferred the funds are either withdrawn or sent to another bank account.
