Firstly, before we proceed with your visa applications, the CAQ and LMO is a mandatory document which we have to process from the Canadian Embassy. CAQ is called Certificate of Acceptance of Quebec LMO means Labor Market Opinion these document is required for a Work Permit Visa, Which can be obtained from Ministry of Quebec, CANADA. Charges for getting the CAQ and LMO is $850 refundable.
The required documents for filing the CAQ and LMO are as follows:
1. CAQ Filled Form
2. 5*5cm passport photo
3. Signed Employment contract letter from the company which has offered the job contract in Canada.One day to return this documents.
After I receive these documents by mail we will apply for the CAQ and LMO APPROVAL. Please Note that a refundable fee of $850 is mandatory initially to obtain the CAQ and LMO . Once i get the CAQ and LMO fee, we will then proceed with their work permit visa.
