There are a number of reason why it is a scam
Firstly, HSBC do not use Rocketmail, no bank uses free email providors
A search result on the email address shows it as a scam Click Here
Now an exact search on the opening line "DEAR VALUED CUSTOMER, YOUR DATA HAS BEEN ENTERED INTO OUR SYSTEM" Click Here
Further down the page, you will notice a phone number "447024095251" phone numbers starting with 4470 are UK redirect numbers, the person who uses that phone number could be anywhere in the world and the calls will forward to him
