All Agency right and third party representation in respect of protracted payment resulting from Ministries, Parastatals, Departmental Heads are hereby REVOKED. All beneficiaries whose payments are still outstanding as of this date would receive a payment within 7 official working days.

In view of this, the Presidential Advisory Board on Foreign Payment, the whole Parastatals, Contract Review Panel, Federal Audit and Verification, all task Forces on foreign Payments, Directors of the /Local Banks and NDIC have submitted their files and reports of all outstanding payments to this committee. You are, therefore, advised to stop releasing to anybody the payment instruction you received from the constituted authorities in charge of your payment.
