I am Dr. Babatunde Victor Adeniran, Executive Director and chairman
Tender Board Committee(TBC) with the Nigerian National Petroleum
Corporation(NNPC). Our duties include Evaluation, Review and Awards of
contract. It is my pleasure to write and inform you that I want a
reliable person for the transfer of US$5Million (Five Million US
Dollars) into his account outside the shore of Nigeria for investment
purposes.

This money originated from over-invoiced contract worth over USD$525
Million executed for the corporation some years back. The contract was
over invoiced in the excess of USD$5,000,000,00. A foreign firm has
long completed this contract and the contractor duly paid and
Commissioned and the outstanding surplus amount of USD$5 Million is
still unclaimed at the Central Bank of Nigeria. This fund is ready to
be transferred abroad.

I now seek for your total co-operation as a foreigner to re-profile
this contract funds to your name for the fund to be remitted into your
account because the original contract was executed by foreign
contractor. Hence i am contacting you. Upon the receipt of the funds
in your account you will be entitled to 30% of the total sum, while
70% will be for me. If your are interested send me the following
