Instagram buy followers scam

Good morning.
I want to report this scam that i was victim yesterday. I would like to buy some followers online and buy them for 54 usd but i never get what i paid for even if the account where i bought from (i am quite sure is based in India) promise to get the followers in few hours, but just keep telling me to wait and wait and wait.
I will add photos of our conversation with all payment proof.
Be careful even when you buy simple things like followers.
