How to purchase the eBay Cards or Best Buy Cards
Balance verification and payment must be submitted via eBay Cards or Best Buy Cards (up to $500 at most locations) and can be purchased with cash or debit card at thousands of stores nationwide. Go with cash or debit card to the Participating Retail Stores and pick up the eBay Cards or Best Buy Cards from the Prepaid Product Section and take them to the register. The cashier will collect your cash and load it onto the cards. There are no hidden fees or charges.
Participating Retail Stores include: Food Lion, Best Buy, 7 Eleven, CVS Pharmacy, Rite Aid, Fred Meyer, K-Mart, Family Dollar, Dollar General, Family Express, Kroger,Lowes, Pay-o-Matic, Rite Aid, Staples and Winn Dixie. You can find a complete list of retailers here: Participating Retail Stores
You can put up to $500.00 onto an eBay Cards or Best Buy Cards so buy as many cards you need for your item. (Ex: If you are buying an item priced at $1,200.00 you can purchase 6 eBay Cards loaded with $200.00 each or 2 eBay Cards loaded with $500.00 each and 1 eBay Card loaded with $200.00, just take care to buy the cards on individual receipts, each card must have its own receipt). The cashier will collect your cash and load it into the eBay Cards or Best Buy Cards.

Verifying the Cards balance
Once you purchase the eBay Cards or Best Buy Cards and load them with cash, scratch off or peel off the claimable surface on the back of each card and send us the 13 digit Claim Codes for eBay card or 19 digit Claim Codes and PIN for Best Buy card for balance verification. You can verify their balance in 2 different ways:
1. Simply reply to this message and write down each code followed by its denomination. You must also take a picture of the cards, make sure the codes and the denominations are perfectly visible and send it back to us by attaching it to your reply.
