Hello one and all :)

I was browsing ebay as you do and came across an advert for a laptop, price seemed a touch good to be true and in the advert the seller said :-

Please email me to continue with the sale...obvious warning signs right away.. ( dodgy bypassing ebay protections)

His feedback is odd..

Opinions ?

This is the response I got when I emailed him:

Hello,

*10% discount if you buy 3 or more pieces.
*We offer buyer protection Worldwide shipping via eBay Shipping Center so will explain you: for shipping and payment we use Spectra Spedition, https://www.spectra-spedition.com/ Partner eBay. Spectra will provide a 3 days trial period, meaning that you can test the product and it's accessories for 3 days. You will receive the package in 1 or 2 days and the payment will be made via bank transfer to Spectra company not to me.

*You will pay on the escrow system after i send you the package and the tracking number.
After registering Spectra Company will send you an invoice detailing the package and payment details + tracking number. https://www.spectra-spedition.com/ Partner eBay.
You not pay to me you pay to Spectra Company by bank transfer. i receive the money from Spectra Company only after you have received and tested the product.

Both fake websites, spectra-spedition.com & i-kaufen.com are in the process of being reported for fraud. Thank you for posting the scam and evidence here!

Thanks for the Info!

I knew I smelt a rat..

When something to good to be true.....

He never responded once to ebay messages, but somehow was able to open a unpaid item dispute...I bought it on ebay to see if it would make him react, and nothing.
