Hi there,

Thank you for your interest. From the post add , you could see, that the apartment located in: Weinbergstr. 35 14469 Potsdam, Jägervorstadt . It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, 1 kitchen and 1 living room (92,00 m²).
I am Mental Health Therapist, working with individuals with dual diagnosis and humanitarian officer involved in projects that includes orphans, orphanages, related diseases in children between the ages of 4-10yrs, so my accommodation period in UK will be about 4 years. The renting period is from 3 months upto 4 years. As a result of this I want to rent, for this period, at this price and also to find the perfect person for my apartment. I`m the owner of the apt and it's like in the pics.
The apartment is furnished, but I have the option of sending all my furniture into storage if you want to bring your own (no extra costs). The rent for 1 month is 450 EURO (for the whole apartment) including all utilities (water, electricity, Internet, cable, parking, air conditioning, fireplace, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator). You can move in the apt in the same day when you receive the keys. The only problem is that I`m the only person who has the keys but I hope that we will find a solution.

Thank you for your interest and I will look forward to hearing from you soon.

Good luck,
Regine Qiuhor
P.S. Please tell me if this is what are you looking for and reply my only if you are truly interested in the apt.

Cats & Dogs OK...

All the best for you and your family!

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".

Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you

He will ask you to send him the transfer details.

Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
