Thanks for the interest in shearing my flat Each room cost £360 per month (£90 p/w). Terms : Refundable security deposit of £400 (which will be returned at end of tenancy assuming there is no damage to property) Rent must be paid on time. All you pay is rent and the rent is inclusive of all bills including electricity and council tax.

About myself... I am 26 year old male, I'm a Home Shopping Manager, my hobbies are live music gigs listening to music, i really like in die and Motown. i play guitar but its just a hobbies really. I also like comedy weather its stand up or TV. i work through the week, and i hate dramas.

The address to my flat is 18a Guildford Road, Brighton, BN1 3LU.

The Flat features description : Brownstone, Good Parking facilities available, No parking cost, 3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms. I occupied one bedroom while the other two bedrooms are available for rent and move in.

Home amenities description: Alarm system, Internet wireless and cable, Washer Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Kitchen access, Large Storage for your luggage.

Room amenities description: Furnished, Air conditioning, Private entrance, Private bath, Desk and chair. TV, Cable jack. Facilities Bed linen & towels , Heating, Washing machine/Dryer & iron. Kitchen pots & pans, Crockery, Cutlery, Microwave, Oven, 2 hobs, Refrigerator, Kettle, Sat TV, Wardrobe, Drawer, Table Chair. Private bathroom with shower.

Lease length: 2 Weeks Minimum.
Smoking: Outdoors or own room only.
Nationality: Doesn't matter.
No late night parties and wild drama, you must be a responsible and respectable person with absolutely no criminal background. someone who is easy going, drama free, courteous and responsible.

I went to the city for your residence approval and your tenancy form has been reviewed and accepted, and the council has accepted that the room should be rented out to you with a residence approval, so you are require to Pay the security deposit now, Note that the security deposit is refundable immediately after your period of stay if there is no damage of property by you. What you are to do is to look for the nearest western union outlet and make the payment of the security deposit is £400. Kindly make the deposit to the below information.

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".

Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you

He will ask you to send him the transfer details.

Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
