Prices:

Monthly Rent: 600€ (bedroom,living room,bath,toilet and all house utilities with all bills inclusive)

Caution Fee : 600€ (I collect 600€ refundable security deposit which will be given back to you if unused, the purpose of the caution fee is to secure the apartment for you and also in case of any damage done by you in the house, it will be used for the repairs, otherwise it will be returned to you when leaving. I collect this caution fee with first months rent in advance before moving in.The caution fee can be used to pay for your last month's rent if unused.

After confirming your interest,i would get back to you soonest and then let you know my terms. Pets are allowed. My apartment is still in great condition.

As regards to a video call in other to view the apartment and get more acquainted, i am currently away due to my new job and that is why i need to rent out the apartment to a responsible and well behaved individual who will take good care of the apartment like it is theirs. The apartment is currently locked as i have the keys over here with me as i would want my eventual tenant to meet the apartment in good condition and not different from what is been shown in pictures.

I was in Berlin twice last week because of some interested individuals who will like to rent the apartment,but they were unserious and only wasted my time. I must say it’s really good to hear from you with all your details i would like to have someone like you as my tenant. However before i can secure the apartment for you i have to be sure about your financial capabilities and also know that you are really serious about renting as i wouldn’t want my time wasted. I am a lady of integrity and great personality and wouldn’t indulge in any sought of unjust to tarnish my own image. I have got a very good job which earns me a good living to be comfortable with. So i assure you are on safe hands renting from me.

In the short period,i have been in contact with some Erasmus students who are also interested in the apartment and coming into the city and are ready to make immediate reservations so i wouldn’t want my time wasted. So therefore,in other to proceed with the rental process,my lawyer will have to draw up an agreement, which will be signed by the landlord and the tenant and the main reason for this document to be prepared is for the both parties to be legally secured. The document will be sent to you via e-mail so as for you to read through and understand its contents.

More so, if you eventually agree with the terms of the contract, you will have to proceed with the payment to our bank account and get back to me with the receipt of payment from your bank for reference purpose. Once I confirm your payment,I will immediately issue you payment receipt for the house,along with payment confirmation which shows we are both in contract,which no one else can book over your date.

Also,it will be stated in the agreement that if the condition of the apartment should look any different from what's shown in picture,then you will be refunded back your rent and security deposit which you have made at the point of move in.

Note : An advance payment of the first month rent plus the security deposit is required for booking.
