Ich interessiere mich immer noch für dieses Zimmer.
Mein Name ist Rebecca. Ich bin fast 20 Jahre alt. Ich habe vor kurzem mein Studienkolleg abgeschlossen. Jetzt bin ich in Siegburg. Ich bin eine Studentin. Nach ich mein Ergebnis become, fange ich mit Uni an. Einzugszeit- wie schnell wie möglich.
Ich habe einige Fragen auch
1. Kann ich mich hier anmelden? (Wohnsitz anmelden)
2. Was it die Mindestmietdauer?
3. Tut mir leid, aber ich habe so viele Nachrichten geschickt also ich weiß nicht wie diese Wohnung aussieht. Könnten Sie bitte den Link der Anzeige schicken, die auf WG-Gesucht.de veröffentlicht wurde.

I am half German and speak both languages.
I'm glad to hear back from you, I hereby attached the pictures and more details!
The rooms are 25m² each while the whole flat is 100m². The flat is on the 1st floor.
Each room is €500 monthly all bills inclusive ie no extra cost while deposit is €1000
The special thing is that in this shared flat, each room has its own toilet/bathroom (ensuite)
There is also a storage room where you can also accommodate something.
There is also the shared washing machine, as well as the shared kitchen.
Registration is possible!!! Fast Internet flatrate (WIFI)
It is either for short or long term, So therefore,You can rent it for as long as you desire.
It is fully furnished with a bed, chair, wardrobe, etc. which is available for your exclusive use.
The kitchen is a good size with a dining table and all the necessary kitchen appliances.
The rooms are the same in size, shape, type, color and price. The room(s) can be rented either furnished or unfurnished!
The 2 rooms are vacant, I own it but I don't live there.
I am presently in Ireland for vacation and will be back in two weeks.
If you need to move anytime soon, I can come early.
I've got so many requests but only the fastest fingers lol.
I'm cool, creative and open to ideas. Let me know if you are satisfied and willing to join my flat share.
Additional collateral must be verified before Move in: - Demonstrate how the room will be paid for ?
Eg self, parent, proof of income through employment or a guarantor.

As y'all can see. I never mentioned anything about the languages I speak nor did I really care about asking anything about him but suddenly I get so much details about him. And honestly, the flats looked way too good to be this cheap. Also I saw the similar text but with some other name and country.
