Hello ,

My name is Torben Andreasen, nice to hear from you!
I am the owner of the apartment at 1000 NW 7th St, Miami, FL 33136.

Room: 3
Bathrooms: 2
Living area: 95m²

The monthly rent is 1,350$ and only applies to long term rentals.
The house is in good condition, clean and ready for use. The kitchen is fully equipped.
In the house you will find a fridge, freezer, washing machine, dryer, iron, oven, toaster, coffee maker, Internet access and WiFi access.
We have had the house since January 2016 and stayed there until February then my employment contract expired and we moved back to Birmingham, UK.
The house has public transport nearby and not far from shopping center, sports club and other amenities. Pets are allowed, but please keep everything clean.
The house has a parking space. I have invested a considerable amount in this house and would be very grateful if you would treat it as your own property. I am interested in a long term tenant who will take care of the property so as not to earn money on rental income.
Due to my unexpected return to the UK it only took a short time to find a reliable tenant. I have the keys. As soon as I find a reputable tenant, I come back to United States to show it and sign the lease.

I look forward to hearing from you.
Thank you for your time

Thank you for your response!
The apartment is still available for a long-term rent and exactly as you can see it in the pictures, so you can stay there how long you want.
As I mentioned in my first email, Birmingham, England is my current place of residence. I am ready to travel as soon as possible back to United States to sort out the lease. I came back once already for a supposed tenant that realized he had no enough funds so I need to be sure before my coming and understand my proposal. That is the way I entrusted Booking.com which offers a simple control process for owners and new tenants. They will check me as the owner of the apartment and you as a potential tenant.

Here is a brief description of the process:
- As owner I need to submit to Booking.com information about rental agreement ,copies of some documents;
- After Booking.com accepts the transaction and complete the verification of the documents has to contact you as potential tenant and check if you have enough money to rent the apartment;
- After I receive the confirmation I get back to United States to show and sign the lease contract;

If you agree with the process, please provide the following information:
- Complete name of the future tenant;
- Current address ( street , city , country, zip code );
- Telephone number;
- I also need a copy of your ID or passport to complete the lease agreement

The price you shall pay for 1 month of rent will be 1350,00 $ and I want also deposit 2700,00 $ ( the deposit 2700,00 $ you will receive back when you leave the apartment ), with no extra taxes to pay. The rent , I want to receive it monthly to my bank account, so I hope it will be no problem for you to wire the money .
When I have the details Booking.com will contact you but you need to be sure before my coming from England so it has to be fully interest from your side .
Looking forward to hear from you.

Good afternoon,

i have been contacted by this individual, trying to rent me a flat in Glasgow. He says is in the Netherlands and cannot meet me in person:

Good day,
How are you? I hope everything is okay. I got your information from my friend, she helped me post my property on facebook.
Thank you for your interest, the apartment is still available.
This is the apt. address: 7/2 45 Mitchell Street, Glasgow, G1 3LA, United Kingdom | 2 bedroom | 1 bathroom | 71 m² | Fully furnished. I attached the pictures here.
Let me tell you about the monthly rent first:
The rental price is 650£ and includes : electricity, water, heating and internet/tv cable bills .
Also, a security deposit is required (1 month rent) . This one will be refunded at the end of the contract (a 60 days notice is required).

Now, my name is Torben Andreasen and I'm the owner of the property.
Right now I'm located in Amsterdam, Netherlands. I moved with my wife and daughter here because my company transferred me for a 4 years project.

Before we continue, I have some questions for you :
- How many people would be living in the property?
- When would you like to move in?
- What term/length lease would you like?
- Do you have pets? (if yes, what kind?)
- When are your most suitable times/days to view the property?

If further interested, please give me some information about yourself (age, lifestyle or whatever you think makes you a good tenant).

I'm sorry for the long reply but I like to have a little info about my potential tenants .
Thanks,
Torben Andreasen
