The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room, 1 fitted kitchen, 1 garden + terrace, 1 cellar, 2 parking spaces - Apartment size: 75m²
The apartment is located in Kaiserstraße, 69115 Heidelberg (for security reasons the exact address is not disclosed, I hope you understand).

The property is in a beautiful location and is immediately available, clean and ready for short or long term use (I prefer long term rental).
As you can see in the pictures, we completely modernized the apartment at the end of last year and decided to rent it out as we don't want to return to Germany. We have found new jobs here in Bilbao and want to continue our work here for a long time.
The monthly rent is EUR 800 (warm) including costs: heating costs, property tax, construction insurance, internet, cable TV and parking. The deposit is EUR 1000.
Nobody currently lives in the apartment. The apartment can also be rented unfurnished. The property is equipped with: air conditioning, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, stove, iron, microwave, grill, toaster, blender, refrigerator, coffee maker, LED TV, DVD player, etc.
Pets are allowed, but I ask you to make sure that everything is always clean. I don't want to get rich by renting the apartment so I believe the monthly rent is acceptable. I am interested in finding a responsible tenant to take care of the property.
About me: My name is Maria Leyre Ortuzar, I am of Spanish origin, I am 49 years old and I am a medical specialist. We decided to move out of Germany. We now live in Bilbao, Spain and do not intend to return to Germany. I can travel to Germany when I am sure that I have found a serious tenant.
Two weeks ago I had a bad experience with a potential tenant. I wanted to rent the property. I bought a plane ticket to show them and sign the contract.
When I got to the property, the person didn't answer the phone and sent me a message saying they didn't have all the money and didn't want to rent our apartment anymore. I was very disappointed and wasted time and money.
Because of this bad experience, my lawyer advised me to use Booking.
