Rental Scammer - [email protected]

This fraud has been reported again in the past but I wanted to show the whole story and the pictures that were sent to me. I was looking for accommodation in Freiburg, Germany, and came across this nasty scammer...

FIRST EMAIL:

Hallo,
The apartment is Fully furnished Two-bedroom flat , ,the flat is
ideal for rent. the apartment has two bedrooms attached with separate
bathroom and Toilet and a modern kitchen with fit-in appliances, such
as central heating, gas, double glazing, dish washer, washing machine
. The flat is located at Colmarer Straße 9 , 79106 Freiburg , The
apartment is situated at the second floor of the building, the entire
flat cost 600Euro per month and a Caution fee of 600Euro, The Caution
fee is refundable when you are moving out of the apartment.. while a
room cost 300Euro per month and a caution fee of 400Euro, which is
also refundable when you are moving out of the apartment . all charges
such as electricity, internet, cost of gas and water. are included in
the monthly rent.. if this suite your need reply via the e-mail...

Thanks for the response, First before we Proceed further i will want
you to know that , You can also rent a room in the flat.. the flat is
still vacant now and you can move into the flat as soon as possible
BUT sorry viewing the flat will not be possible now because i am not
in the country at the moment , I just relocated here in India few
weeks back due to my new job and that is the reason I am renting out
the flat and i have the flat keys here with me.i left urgently with
the hope of coming back soon but right now the work has taken me to
stay long term under contract agreement, that's why I have made up my
mind to put up my apartment for rent but I can only send you the
flat pictures to see so that you can have an idea of the flat.

will be send to your mail.. The lease tenancy contract agreement will
be sent already signed by me .. so that the stress will not be much
for You .. You will print, sign and scan it back to me, then you will
make the payment of the caution fee plus the first month rent to me

OMG! The same thing happened to me, same description and same photos just s different email and not in Freiburg but in Darmstadt. This is the email:

Viewing the flat will not be possible now because I have the flat
keys here with me and am not in the country at the moment , I just

Which i never know will start so soon , I left Germany urgently with
the hope of coming back soon but right now the work has taken me to

The apartment has a total of two bedrooms , One shared living room
with a guest bed for Visitor, One shared kitchen. You can rent the
room for long term or short term .. my stay here is long term i will
not be moving back any time soon that is the reason why i am renting
out the apartment. Registration at the address is possible.
