Room for Rent and other rental scams

Hello,
Thank you for these details. After reading the responses I received, your profile best meets my expectations.
Here are the documents to provide on the day of the visit if it suits you.
• Photocopy of your identity document or passport
• Proof of your address
• The guarantee of one month's deposit, which will be given to you at the end of your lease contract)
• A security deposit of one month’s rent
For the visit, I suggest August 7 at 5:30 p.m., does that suit you? If this suits you, please be punctual. As you knew, during the visit and signing of the contract, you come to the appointment with all the requested documents.
As for visits, last week we had an appointment with a lady who was very interested, but she was not on site (i.e. she was not at the meeting) which ended in disappointment. For the meeting to be effective with you, one last formality remains to be completed to guarantee that you are really interested in renting my apartment: you prepare your complete rental file, and as for the deposit guaranteed instead of it being by check or other for security reasons and also to reassure us of the availability of funds, we would like it to be in receipt from RIA Money, that is to say, you will make the deposit of one month's rent 450€ plus the deposit 450€ which makes a guaranteed security deposit of ( 900€ ) by RIA Money by post on the details of my financial manager.

NB: RIA Money does not mean that you send me money or pay me before visiting my apartment. NO. It's just a secure deposit for you and for me, just to guarantee your desire to rent my apartment due to the fact that I have been there several times for false meetings.
Once the money order has been sent to the post office, 1 slip will be sent to you for withdrawing the money. It is this slip that you must guard jealously until the day we meet for the visit. Once at the appointment after the visit and signing of the rental contract, you will give me the RIA slip in exchange for the keys to my apartment. But in case the apartment does not suit you (which I very much doubt) you cancel the rental and you go back to the RIA agency to withdraw your money without any problem, because you still have the post office slip with you .
Please take all these precautions as a guarantee for both of us and as I have already been taken for a ride several times.

So if you understand correctly, give me your agreement in principle so that I can send you the contact details of my financial advisor that you need to make the security deposit by post.
Waiting to hear from you so that we can follow up on the appointment
Thank you for understanding.
