mypalpays.info is registered with a hidden registrant for one year, which is typical for fake sites. Please post the emails so that we can kill the site.

Testimonials supposedly from the US and UK were clearly written by an African. Photos attached to testimonials are stolen from the internet. For example, this one first appeared in a 2007 pets ad:
http://www.vivapets.com/photo/african_grey_parrot_for_sale/1238

Ditto for the photos of their "available parrots." The photos are all over the internet--one was even on National Geographic.

Absolutely no question that it is a scam.

http://edition.cnn.com/2011/WORLD/africa/01/11/uganda.parrots/index.html

The Congolese government has a strict annual export quota of 5,000 African grey parrots, according to Caroline Behringer of the World Wildlife Fund. Europe and the United States have a complete ban on the import of such parrots raised in the wild.
The African grey parrot is listed as having "near threatened status" by the International Union for Conservation of Nature. If current trends continue, they will eventually become endangered, Behringer said.

Though it's certain to be a scam, even if it were true, there'd be problems with Customs you can be sure.

us. We can ship your baby African grey to you within 48 to 72 hours.

Our babies are from 3 months old, weaned, (do not need feeding

They will be micro chipped before shipping. Our Congo African grey
babies are hand fed and socialize with all members of the family and
other pets like cats, dogs and other birds.

We ship all birds with a free DVD that will help you train your bird
and handily do many other things like feeding and general care.

Shipping a single bird cost $199. Shipping a pair will cost $269 and
shipping a cage cost $25.

As concerns payment, you pay only shipping fee upfront, directly to
shipping company and then pay CASH ($200) when your bird is delivered
to your home. We will do the shipping reservation and send the details
to you.

Please provide your shipping address and first and last name of person
who will pay the shipping fee, if the process sounds good to you.
Please specify the number of birds you want and if you also need a
