Even though the scammer is located where they say they are, this is still a scam.
It is illegal to import monkeys into the USA, as can be seen from this site http://www.cdc.gov/animalimportation/monkeys.html they would be stopped at customs if they were even allowed on the plane in the first place. So the scammer's comment about a recent buyer is a lie.
Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.
