Outline Procedure:
1. Both side sign agreement
2. Client Bank provide a Bank endorsed Payment Declaration to guarantee payment to provider.
3. Provider Bank send swift MT760 Bond on Euro Clear first to beneficiary bank to confirm their readiness
4. Client pay for transmission/portfolio reservation cost.
5. The Swift MT760 Message is delivered and confirmed
6. Client pays the agreed assignment cost and agent fees.
The Receiver do not have to pay anything before receiving the MT670 Bond on Euro Clear Screen.
NOTE: The principle client must provide a verifiable Payment declaration before the provider's send out any swift.
