Works similar to the scam described here - viewtopic.php?f=34&t=215736
Scammers claim that you are being paid to "optimize apps" and will earn money for each app you optimize, but you will be asked to deposit ever increasing amounts of money that you will initially be able to withdraw, until the scammers decide that they have earned your trust and will then block you from withdrawing any more.

+14194167610 - claims to be "Sara from Basel Job AG" and is the initial contact.
+31645691417 - claims to be "Peter" from Rocketship HQ and acts as the victim's trainer.
Note: Rocketship HQ are a legitimate company and have no involvement in this scam.
