This is from Barrister Justin Graham Harvey <[email protected]>, of the Coca Cola Canada Lottery, telling my character to notify Alex Peters. Oddly, Harvey's phone number is +44-701-004-8098, which is a phony British number. I'm including the text of the fake certificates, which was obviously not written by any Brit or Canadian, in case anyone searches for the odd spellings. No city was previously mentioned.
