Hi jaydee,

Unfortunately, once you have put your photos in the public domain, you lose all control over who can copy them and what they can do with them.

The best you can do is report the abuse to Facebook and hope they act on it. However, that won't stop the scammers reusing the photos in future if they have kept a copy of them.

Also, it might be an idea to tighten up your FB account so that only your friends and family can view your pictures.

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.

It is difficult to deal with this because FB don't know who owns the photos and the copyrights. Copyright is the best way to deal with this. Send them a new photo of yourself holding a card with todays date time and location on it , similar to Alans avatar.
I have had same experience and successfully got it removed. Take a look at FB terms of service and help, and do exactly as given there.
UPDATE-LOOKS LIKE IT HAS GONE !!
