Most times if you buy medications from the internet you won't receive anything, or the site may just be a front for collecting card details but in this case it is suspected that the medication received was responsible for his arsenic poisoning.

Be very cautious about buying any medication from the internet.

Impotent man who bought 'herbal Viagra' on the internet suffers ARSENIC poisoning.

Many sites are known to sell fake, sub-standard or even dangerous medicines.
More than £10 million is thought to be spent online by more than 300,000 men in the UK, believing they are buying the erectile dysfunction drug, Viagra.
An estimated two million Britons regularly buy medicines, including prescription drugs and those not available on the NHS, over the internet for a range of conditions.

I don't understand what's meant by use of the word 'herbal' as viagra isn't a herb and it seems to be using the word's more frequent association with marijuana to attract buyers. This alone should alert potential buyers.
