Scams re-targeting those who have already been victimized

UBA BANK COMPENSATION UNIT, IN AFFILIATION WITH THE UNITED NATION.

ATTN: Sir/Madam,

It may interest you to know that reports have reached our office by so many correspondences on the uneasy way in which people like you are treated by Various Scammers across Africa and Asia /London Uk. We have decided to put a stop to that. We have been having meetings for the past 7 months which ended 2 days ago with the UNITED NATIONS.

This email is to all the people that have been scammed in any part of the world, the UNITED NATIONS have agreed to compensate them with the sum of US$1,000,000.00 This includes all kinds of scam, romance Scam, foreign contractors, Inheritance payment, unfinished transaction etc.
Your name and email was in the list submitted by our Crime fighters of Economic and Financial Crime Commission observers and this has been agreed upon and has been signed.
You are advised to contact Dr Henry Mark. of UBA BANK , as he is our representative, contact him immediately for your Check/ International Bank Draft of USD$1,000,000.00 This funds are in Bank Draft for security purpose you are to receive your payment via certified bank check for you it to clear it in any bank of your choice.
