Scams re-targeting those who have already been victimized

Subject: VITAL INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR PAYMENT.

Dear Sir/Ma,

We have been Instructed to inform you of fraudulent activity we
discovered involving you and some people whom we believe has scammed
you of your hard earned money in the name of inheritance investment
for the past few years now.

We have investigated this transaction and have now recommended for the
approval and willingness of this office to refund you the whole money
we believe you have invested and also compensate you with the sum of
$1,650,000.00 in total. However, if this is below what you actually
spent in this fraudulent deal, please, feel free to confirm to us the
amount
with details and receipt of the payments.

We advise that you make a hasty decision on this and never ignore this
gesture. Your immediate compliance will also help us and encourage our
efforts to apprehend this scammers who has succeeded in ruining you
financially. We want to assure you that we are on our trail and they
are within our reach very soon.

By this letter, we advise that you contact this office urgently to
claim this already approved fund. We will detail procedures and means
of sending this fund back to you upon your response. You are at
liberty as we will hasten to complete this process as quickly as
possible. Be informed that we shall not bother contacting you again if
you refuse to respond to this request.

You advised to get back to this office upon receipt of this mail for
our quick actions.
