Hello, We have noticed the difficulties, delays, and unlawful
fee-demands during your attempt to receive your supposed promised and

at the FEDERAL MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS, he will register you as a
foreign-member, and he will issue a Foreign ID-Card and two Foreign
Certificates to you, and immediately after that will help to release
