A Soldier in the Army on deployment-tells you he is being granted early leave w/4 mns left to serve, states his funds r not accessible due to security reasons-he needs you to pay for his flight to come back. So clearly this is a scam if you are telling me that the only way to get an early leave is due to an emergency such as death or serious illness in a family. How do people get away with this? Should they be reported? And if so to whom? They can't make a phone call but they can be on a computer talking to you. How can they be talking to you on a computer if there are all these security measures in place? And even if they are granted leave, would not their funds clearly be released to them? And is that even true that they don't give you access to your funds?

The scams like this are very well known, please don't educate the scammers with any more information. The best thing you can do is to post any emails you have with your personal information removed. Make sure to include any email addresses and phone numbers they are using. This will help warn others.
