All of this screams FAKE.

These are busy little scammers. A bit of searching on this site leads to a whole nest of sites, all recent, short-term registrations, that are either registered in or near Toronto (one of the primary locations connected to these loan scams) or with blocked details. A legitimate financial company does not need (and would not) register their website anonymously.
