Scammed of 480$ @ Bargainroom.com helpp

First off, my uncle received a Nikon D3000 camera in the mail. It had came from the site Bargainroom.com. Nobody had claimed to order the camera and as we try to call the company, nobody will answer. I don't know how the scam artist got our information such as the address, and I want to know if there is any way we can get our money back because my uncle had just cancled his card right after the purchase was made by the "scam artist" or "authorized website".

I should hang on to the goods and wait and see what happens. If it is paid for it is yours. Stopping card was right thing to do. You may get threats to deliver the item back but hang in and ensure you get money back first before doing anything.
